So i'll tell you how u can change what the loading screen and part of the main menu looks like below:
1. First right click on the icon u usually use to start up minecraft.
2. Then u hit open w/ winrar (or what ever option appears allowing u to see the launcher in winrar)
3. Next u open the net folder, then the minecraft subfolder.
4. On top of the list will be a dirt.png
5. Select any image u want, i recommend another block image, and drag it into the same folder w/ the dirt.png
6. rename the dirt.png anything u want and change the name of ur new image to dirt.png
7. Start up minecraft and enjoy
Below is a cobble texture from Gerudoku if u want to use that:
