customization you minecraft.
How to set up and use , if you don't know already.
So now you know how to get to the texturepacks folder, Lets add some texture packs.

okay so to download / create your own texture pack, go to > http://painterlypack.net/
If you just want to download the premade ones, scroll down until you see "How do I get started?" then click download here just read for a while until you see it.
If you completely want to make your own do the following,
Run> %appdata%> .Minecraft> Bin> Minecraft.jar (note if you haven't already Right click minecraft in the bin folder then click open with , and use Winrar, 7rar.)> now fine the Item called Terrain.png> Now Extract to desktop and open with paint.net not paint, paint.net if you need it go here > http://www.getpaint.net/ and download it, don't worry its completely free.
And open the .png then save when you are done, put it back in the minecraft.jar and delete the folder META-INF, now open minecraft, Have Fun!
