BorderCraft, Mixcraft, XssSheep's Sheepcraft, My own Nyxcraft + many more. (Shout outs to you guys, keep up the good work.)
I'll have to check these all out. Thanks for listing a few :tongue.gif: I plan on making a mini one for myself. Is there anyway I can take pictures from google and put them in the TP? For instance, say I want a sword I see from Google Images, can I shrink it and use it on the Texture Pack? Video tutorial would be helpful :tongue.gif: (I know, since the pixels shrink a ton it won't look nearly the same)

If you really want it done, I would suggest asking someone with experience.
Or if you post the picture here, I could probably just do it.

The problem with using google images, is that they don't tile and don't look good together. There's a lot of factors that go into making a texture pack. Color scheme, tiling, flow, theme, etc.

That's true for the block textures, but turning images into items (like swords) works a lot better.
Depending on the resolution you want to use, IMO these packs cannot be beat!
32x : MixcraftHD - the first pack I used and the best looking 32x out there.
64x: Misa's pack - still the one I use on an everyday basis.
128x: Bordercraft - I love the hand-painted look!

I've tried using google images, but the white background for the image restricted me from using the image. How do I kill the background? (I use Paint.NET)

You have to use the magic wand tool to select the white area, then press delete.

Okay, is there anything else I should know?
Yeah, make sure to set the tolerance (at the top) to the right level so you ONLY select the white area.
There's a texture pack compilation thread at the top. With samples.
What are some texture packs that you like?
Although I can't really give you specifics, because I would obviously be somewhat bias towards mine...

Yeah, I figured that out xD Mine is about 50-64%.
Looks like a nice pack!
