1. Hey now, I never said I thought the pack was crappy. (I actually use it now myself more than my other packs, but don't tell anyone I said that.) I just said I didn't spend much time on it compared to some of the others I've done. I really shouldn't be surprised though, the most downloaded pack I have by far is the 4x4 one I did as a joke when the HD stuff first started taking off.
2. The couch isn't terribly comfortable so I find listening to her leads to less back pain. :wink.gif:

In all seriousness though..I think it sucks that you are having issues with it that are making it hard to enjoy 100%
I have started getting headaches playing recently due to a combination of the grainy effect high rez packs inherently get and not having enough lights on..(and spending too much time working on my pack! lol)
I have added the minetrack boosters, and new saplings in anticipation of 1.5
(Yay for Jeb_ giving us a heads up on what tiles are going to be used for that!)
I also did new leaves that are more in line with the style of the rest of the pack.

Very elegant texture. I like how the block patterns fit together and how each one has its own pattern. Probably the smoothest 16x I've seen. The grass edge is so smooth. I like the strawberry bushes instead of the wheat, makes it easier to farm.

The snow and all the leaves are done extremely well, i even like the alternate leaves i saw in the png.I would personally like to see your take on the HUD and GUI/Inventory textures. This was certainly a surprise, seeing a simple-pack that I actually liked! You've not had a single bad comment for making a simple-pack, and on these forums, that's rather prestigious. I would however suggest you add a little more shading on a few blocks, not noise, just some shading to enhance the certain elegance this pack gives off.
Anyway, on a whole, I like this pack very much, and I wish you good luck in its development.
