This map is for taking screenshots to show off your texture pack.
It uses almost all textures only once to conserve space. So, for example, fences, wooden slabs and wooden stairs are omitted because they use the same texture as wood.
It also doesn't have a weird wool floor.
And it also has an empty background so the terrain doesn't interfere with the picture.
How to get a black background and mushrooms:
1. Install the single player commands mod
2. Load the map
3. Type /time night to set the time to night. This will let you place mushrooms.
4. Type /light. This will light up all blocks.
5. Set the render distanace to short to hide the stars.
6. Take your screenshot!

You plant each seed, wait for it to grow one stage, and add a seed to the next one along, etc, etc.
If I were you I'd take some of the more unusual textures around, albeit the ones that might not be updated.
E.G. "The Walls of Babylon", "Doku-Clip". "RomeCraft". "EgyptCraft". You might notice a theme here...
Wheat grows randomly so that won't work. The wheat in the picture I planted at about the same time.
Maybe there is a program that can let me edit the blocks? I think MCedit only supports one stage of growth.

Hey, I find this one to better to see the stuff, since it has the black background. I don't know if it is because of the background or the organization, but pictures of texture packs should be taken with this map, nice job.

Sorry just doesn't look different from the default!
I used MCedit to remove the surrounding terrain, make the stone platform and to put lava and water next to each other. To get the items, I mostly used the TooManyItems mod.

This is a map, not a texture pack!
It's mainly for taking screenshots.
Hah, I laughed :tongue.gif:.
Has anyone used it yet?
