I think you need to make unique tops (and bottoms) for the redstone lamp that has a more centered symmetrical design since the current one would only work on walls.
MC Patcher has a feature for this and you can always ask Misa or someone about how to do it.
Man I thought they were creepy before, that just makes them more so. It seems like it's a bit difficult to tell the mouth is open except for the fact that the head is raised, but it could look different in-game.
Excellent job on the ribs and spine and overall creepiness, I love him.

I agree though - that was one reason why when I first downloaded the Dokucraft skinpack, I ditched the Endermen. It really is very, very hard to tell if the Endermen saw you squinting at it. More detail could be expended on the mouth, perhaps? but I'm not sure.
I tried making brighter teeth, but that looked really weird.
I also tried making the inside of the mouth a different color, but that looks very bad from behind, because the inside of the mouth texture is also on the back of the neck. I tried to come up with a texture for the inside of the mouth that kinda works on the back of the neck too, and blends with the spine.

I was going to do the slime next, but I think I'll tackle the witch instead. And then the bat. And then the slime.
And by then, it should be almost Halloween time!
The only one I have a faint idea for right now is the witch, so I will be doing that one next.
The contrast in the colour palette is vivid and I admire the way you've used dithering to shade every texture.
