I love your texture pack but I can never get it....Maybe its because I use Google Chrome but I know thats wrong. I've tried other internet browsers but it can never see your website as an actually website. I think it might be best to have multiple uploads on this one.
Whenever I click the download link, it starts to load the page and then stops and says that Internet Explorer can't open the webpage. Is there a reason for this?
(Edit: Nice, Kite. You failed to read the post above you)

I have Chrome and have never had any issue with downloading it. I'm not sure what's causing it, but I don't think the browser would be to blame. :smile.gif:

Wayuki, shows I don't get out much, I didn't know you'd released your pack! It looks absolutely stunning from the pics and you should be rightly proud of it, including those excellent items too. Just off to download now, despite the fact that I should be finishing off my update! Lol! I'm curious to know what you did with the redstone wiring in the end.
Great work all round!
Holy crap, You should feel so much better about yourself wayuki, your texture pack got complimented by the guy who made one of the most popular Minecraft Texture Packs Ever! Congratulations!!

After 15 years he was 17 and found the bandits thats killed his parents and successfully assinated them.
@Kiteguthan: Since this seems to be a recurring problem, I added a download mirror in the first post. I'd like to ask you to only use it if the first link doesn't work for you, as Dropbox has limited bandwidth.
@Mogogog: I added the banner to the first post. Thank you so much for making it! I really appreciate it. :smile.gif:
@paulsoaresjr: Wow, what are the odds? Your videos are actually what got me into Minecraft! I hadn't heard of the game until I came across your videos, which prompted me to buy the game that very same day! XD
@D. B. Cooper: Well, I guess you could say I have some gothic tendencies. XD
As for the ores... I did in fact aim to make them easy to spot, look like the materials they're supposed to represent and also make you feel good about mining them (cause they're so shiny!). But if you still think they're ugly, I'm not sure how to help there, LOL! I personally like them.
Also, about the signs: if you have a border around your sign at all, it's going to cover the first line of text. The only solution is to not have borders. I personally prefer to have borders, and just skip the first line of text.
@Glimmar: I'm glad you like it! I hope the redstone wiring is passable.
Anyway, thanks for all the comments, guys! :happy.gif:

I did manage to get it to work without the link, Went to firefox again and it worked...But I dislike firefox so I'd rather use that link then yours. Also nice website you got there.
Only issue with the pack is that lava and water [not sure on water] are Grey block representation's of what they should be.

NOTE: I recommend that you install this pack with an unpatched version of Minecraft. If you want to use the HD patcher, make sure to UNCHECK custom water and lava. Otherwise, the water and lava will show up as a solid beige color.
Should be an easy fix, though. Running the HD Texture Fix again and uncheck custom water and lava. If that doesn't work, force Minecraft to update (in the new launcher, that's done by clicking Options on the launcher then clicking Force Update!) and redo the patch with custom water and lava unchecked. :smile.gif:

After having used this pack for a while, I do have one issue that bugs me a bit. Not a deal breaker or anything, but I thought I'd bring it up...
It feels like there are about twice as many rungs on the ladder as there should be. I tried removing every other rung myself this morning, and I think the ladder looks more... laddery.
Here's an example shot of what it looks like... Not telling you to change it or anything, lord knows it's a simple enough change that I can do it myself, just thought I'd bring it up.
I made the ladders with four rungs like the default texture. I hadn't thought of making it more sparse. It's an interesting look, although I think it looks a bit strange that the connecting bits are now separated. I had envisioned them to be more like chains, but I guess in your version they are wall anchors instead.
Anyway, I probably won't change the terrain at this point since I'm happy with it, but ofcourse feel free to make edits to suit your own tastes. I think that's the best solution for everyone, because I'll never be able to please everyone perfectly! ^_~
Just thought I should pop in and tell you again how awesome this pack is!
Just out of curiosity, do you have any outside (outside minecraft) experience in pixel art? Because this seems so impossibly good for someone's first pack :tongue.gif:
I also like to do lowpoly 3d models and textures. Here's a contest entry I made for a different forum (as you might have guessed, my user name is Demon Princess overthere): http://www.wayuki.nl/images/forums/Cher ... _final.jpg

Thank you, the second link worked perfectly.

added a few tweaks to create my very own customized pack of my liking.
Well, forget that! I'm using this pack!
