@zijtsam: I rather not include multiple versions of the cow if the differences are so minute. As for the angel piece, it's waaaaaaay too huge to be used as a painting in a 16x16 pack, lol. :laugh.gif: Also, I'd rather make new stuff for the paintings.
@psidoughnym: I agree! That's what I initially wanted to so, and I had been messing with it for a very long time. But somehow, I just couldn't make it work. In the end I just gave up and made the body plain.

Paintings don't bug up if they're higher resolution, just like armor and mob skins in case you're interested; though I guess since it would be part of the world the resolution difference might be a little abrupt.

I thought they could only be double the native pack size?
That's what it used to be like though... I think the last time I checked this was in alpha.... Yea.....
@Wayuki - Love the sheep, the texture really does the mob justice! (Cos it's obviously the best mob, right?...... Right guys....? :tongue.gif:)

I know this works! At first I was planning on doing the paintings at double-res. I actually used your painting set to test what it would look like in my world with 16x16 textures, hehe. :laugh.gif:
At first I thought it looked fine, until I saw the paintings right next to some bookcases. The resolution difference was very jarring that way, so I'm going to do the paintings in the normal resolution.
I was planning on updating the pack when the next official update comes out, so that will include the sheep, the jungle stuff, and hopefully a bunch more! :smile.gif:
Yay or nay?
It seems more in balance with the model.
Maybe you could leave them both in with one as the alternative?
I think I will go with the big nose. It has grown on me, lol. :laugh.gif:
In other news, I made a sheep!
Awwww! It's so sheepy!
I love it. The wool, the nose, the skin, it's all perfect!
And personally, I've grown quite fond of the small nose on the cow, but it's up to you. It's
an option to leave them both in with one as an alt.
Anyways, more sneaky pics please!

I tried picking a base color that would coordinate with the different dyes.
Because right now, I'm working on... well, work. :laugh.gif:
