I am utterly thrilled with this pack. It's seriously one of the best I've used and I hav a hard time switching off of it for long.
I've added two textures to it (a companion cube for pink wool and Jolicraft's wood). I hope that doesn't bother you. I really like the way the tiling is done on the wood texture in Jolicraft but I don't like the actual appearance as much. I've just added it in today as an experiement and honestly I think that tiling is the way to go. That way, when they're stacked next to each other it looks like a countinuous piece. Hard to describe through text, so I hope you've used Jolicraft before :tongue.gif:
But I'll definitely be switching back to the wooden texture from your pac just as soon as I have the time to sit down and so it :tongue.gif:
@ lijhie008: Unfortunately I can't change the size or shape of the helmet! I totally would have if I could, I do agree it looks very blocky. The size and shape is defined by the 3D model, which comes with the game and which you can't change. You can only change the texture.
@ ~Robbie: I personally tried tiling the wood more like Jolicraft as well, which is nice as floors and such. I also tried the borders, which gives a more structured look to wooden beams. I really liked the effect of the latter, so that's why I went with the borders instead. :smile.gif:
Just launch Minecraft, click on "Mods and Texture packs".
Then click on "Open texture pack folder".
This will open the right folder with explorer. Then you can put the zip file in there. Don't unpack it, just keep it zipped!
After that it will appear in the "Mods and Texture Packs" menu, where you can select it.
I'm fighting the water animation now. :huh.gif:
I have something more or less passable right now, but I want to see if I can get it smoother! :laugh.gif:
Hopefully I have some progress to show in a few days.
Waykui, would you mine if I modified the Diamond armor and used it as my skin? Though it won't look as amazing in a lower resolution I think the same idea will still be there, and I don't like plagiarism.

Had a double take at the map, almost looked photoshopped/indexed! I zoomed in and of course knew otherwise, but wow. Then again you were always amazing at subtle dithering.
I am sorry. I hate this pack. It seems like a bad version of Painterly. I HATE Painterly!
Okay... I guess I like the water. But this just seems... bad. I don't want to hurt feelings, this is just my opinion. I am only one person.

Once more, keep up the good work!
EDIT: By wood, I mean planks :tongue.gif:
@ MiotaLee: You can use this code in your signature.

I would love it if you could do a review! :biggrin.gif:

If you want to install higher resolution packs (such as 32x32 or 64x64), you will also want to install the following patch: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/232701-529-item-fixes165-compatible-mcpatcher-hd-fix-210-01/
After you installed the patch, you can install and select any higher resolution packs in the same way as 16x16 packs.
I hope that answers all questions!
