I suppose that by "realism" you mean more detail/ different art techniques than the original. I suggest you just look through the list for yourself tbh, as it's up to you which pack you like. viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=12352

That's not a Realistic Texture pack it's a Themed one.

so, it can't be themed and realistic? looks pretty realistic to me considering the resolution. of course it would have to be fairly realistic to do justice to the theme of a real city >.>

I would say that Painterly Pack is MUCH more realistic than the default pack, but that's just me.
