So I am building a town and I want a good texture pack. I am currently using Painterly customized which is great. However If anyone could make recommend a good one that would be great. It needs to be medieval ish and towny. Also it needs a good cobble texture. Any Ideas thanks If you get one I like your name goes on the plaque in my town of who helped make it.

I recommand Jolicraft. Very beautiful pack, with atmosphere. The author is a true artist :smile.gif:

Otherwise, Painterly is nice, customisable from its website.

If you don't mind a bit of self-whoring, I'd ask you to go look at the most recent screenies of my pack - just did a brand new cobblestone texture that I and my users are pretty happy with. It's made specifically for that colorful medieval fantasy feel.

Steampunk is a theme, so is medieval. So, if it's a theme you are looking for, then you'd have to describe more. Otherwise....

Anything Glimmar does....

Anything Jehkoba does...

Anything Eld does...

Anything Stug does...

Ageon....Misa....Kool...

If you like cobble..and it's my favorite (with moss or not), all the rule.

That's just off the top of my head.
