So I'm making a custom texture pack and one of the bits I've added to my texture pack is the ability to make scale models of cities (just for fun). I'm using jack-o-lanterns for the skyscrapers and redstone for the streets, because both are blocks that I don't use often, and redstone has the unique ability to form intersections with itself.
Here's the problem: With the new redstone format, the texture I want to use for the streets is all messed up. Pics to help you visualize the problem:
Redstone without torches
Redstone with torches
Clearly this is not how I wanted it to look. Is there any way to 'disable' the new redstone format, or change it back to the old style?
I would also like any input about this 'feature' of my texture pack and any things I could use to improve it (for example, I need more than just skyscrapers and streets, what other blocks can I use and what for?)
Sorry if I'm asking too many questions. :smile.gif:
