This pack is painfully adorable.
I really like most everything. I like the dirt texture as well BUT, it might be better perhaps to use the dirt seen here:

Although instead of using black perhaps just a stripe of somewhat darker brown.

Or maybe take a page from Yoshi's Island and make dirt look like colored pencil scribbles:

The thing is, this pack is based on NEW Super Mario Bros., for DS, and I've only used assets from that.
I might look into an alternate dirt from that game, though.

EDIT: I just noticed that something went wrong with the iron ore... I changed it. (The coin was positioned one pixel to the right)

i dont remember. (minecraft wise, not mario)
also, how about making the ? block the ores instead, and the coal, iron ingot, gold ingot, redstone dust, lapis lazuli and diamond in the shape of coins instead? (and recolor them like you did)

zombies = dry bones
creepers, um, is there a suicidal mob in mario?
ghasts possibly bowser?
he doesnt fly but he shoots fire.
zombie pigmen = zombie toads! or wario? depens if the pig is a toad or a mario.
wolf = yoshi!

Creepers = Bob-Omb towers!
Ghasts = Bowser in his Clowncar!
Zombie Pigmen = How about Zombie Koopas?
Skeletons = Dry Hammer Bros?
Zombies = Dry Bones

cool pack, :smile.gif: I am also making a mario themed texture pack. for the mobs I have:

char-mario
skeleton-dry bones
zombie-yoshi
creeper-bob-omb
ghast-bullet bill
I have also got cheep-cheeps as fish and will also do the fish mob as a cheep-cheep.

Do you mind if I use the note block, pokey and tree trunk designs?
