Have you tried the revised Doku pack?
Also, I think JohnSmith's pack is 32x32.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I could be babbling out more 16x16 packs...

Of the 32x32s I've seen, I'm most impressed with Mixcraft. It's what I was using until I discovered Misa's stunning 64x64 pack.

There's a ton. But they all have a different feel to me. So I change around a lot of packs and play for a week or so.
