I personally like a lot of different texture packs and can use one at a time. Some help would be gladly appriated of anybody who could give me advice on making a texture pack of my own. I know how and have made my own but the problem is that glass isn't transparent like it should be. Using paint i did as a video said and use the eraser in the middle. when i started playing i looked at the windows in my house and instead of seeing through them i saw plain white in the middle. If anybody out there can help me i will gladly appriate it.

i like more but those are my absolute favorites.

Erasing in MS Paint doesn't actually erase. It just adds the secondary colour (the default is white) where you click. Try using Paint.net and deleting the white on your windows.
