There are many texture packs which are not installed this way, specifically the high definition ones.
On top of that, this "installation guide" is extremely poorly worded. You didn't even spell "the" right.
This isn't even in the right section. You should have at least posted this in "Texture Packs".

YOU DONT need winrar or what ever,
1.Save file on your desktop
2.Open minecraft game
3.click on mods and texture packs
4.Open da folder
5.Copy and paste the .zip folder into it
6.Voila!
