Actually several of them do. Glimmer's steam punk pack for example. Misa also supports some mods and I think I saw tall grass in a few others.
As for why more people don't support them. It's just not worth our time to do so unless we happen to use that mod ourselves. Maybe when we get official mod support it will be a different story.

Most of us...well me, 'cos I'm slow...play catch up with Notch all the time. If I had ten clones of myself and 10x the patience, I'd love to do textures that matched my theme for every applicable mod out there. As has been said, at best only one or two that I really like using myself, ever get done. There just isn't time to do more, keep on top of any changes, play and house-keep a texture pack forum thread. :sad.gif:
It's a fair question, and I hope you're getting an idea why there's only limited support at best. Sorry, mate. :smile.gif:
