Screenshots!
* In this screenshot, we see the elevation-altering modifications to the coding taking effect! As you probably already knew, diamonds won't spawn this close to the surface without a mod like this one!
* In this screenshot, it's revealed that there's a slight chance of receiving diamond ore blocks instead of diamonds! These can be made into tools/armor/diamond blocks in EXACTLY the same way as diamonds, but have the added benefit of being able to be placed on the ground, in the walls of your home, or anywhere you'd like for decoration!
* In this screenshot, we can see diamonds forming well above the surface under a natural overhang! Wow!
* In this screenshot, with the assistance of an x-ray plugin, we can see just how frequently Diamondcraft makes diamonds appear in your world! With this many diamonds in every chunk you ever spawn in both single player AND multiplayer, you'll never have to worry about finding diamonds ever again!

It's like those get rich quicker scams, but it actually works, and the best part, it has a 30day money back guarantee.

Boring stuff that you don't need to read!
Hello there! Like almost all Minecraft players, I'm sure that you've thought to yourself, "Gee, I sure wish I had some more diamonds!" at some point. If you've never had such a thought strike you, don't mind, it'll probably hit you eventually. In any case, for those who are in desperate need of diamonds right here and now, I present to you: Diamondcraft! Tired of strip mining or exploring caves for hours on end, hoping to come back to the surface with stacks of diamonds, only to come up with a pittance, or none at all? You'll never have to worry about that again with this pack! With the way this texture pack works, finding diamonds has never been easier! By modifying bri.ne data hidden in the her_O folder inside your minecraft.jar, diamonds not only appear more frequently than they normally should, they also appear at elevations that you'd normally never see them, too! If you're exceptionally lucky, you may even be able to find some on the surface! But, wait! There's more! Not only are they more common, there's a chance that, upon breaking a diamond ore blocks, multiple diamonds could pop out! I know! It IS amazing, isn't it! But it gets even better than THAT! Yes, I'm serious! In addition to everything mentioned before, this texture pack is also a lighthearted joke meant to brighten your day once you realize that it doesn't actually do any of those things! All it actually does is change the appearance of coal ore, coal, iron ore, gold ore, clay blocks, clay balls, lapis lazuli blocks and lapis lazuli to look like diamond ore blocks and diamonds where appropriate! Also, as far as I know, there's no such thing as "bri.ne data" or a "her_O" folder in minecraft.jar; that was just a play on the name "Herobrine!" Most importantly, this isn't meant to make you deeply upset at being tricked or anything like that- this is meant to give you a good laugh and put a smile on your face! If you enjoyed this pack, why not share it with some friends who also have a good sense of humor, like you? I'm sure they'll love it! Blah blah blah, this is filler to help hide what was just mentioned, and that concludes why this is such a great pack! Further help can be found in the readme.txt! Oh, and I almost forgot! By making Diamondcraft primarily in the form of a texture pack with the modifications to the code as a side thing, Diamdoncraft can even be used in multiplayer servers, since most of the information is clientside!
* Note about "or your money back, guaranteed!" Since you don't actually pay any money for this, if no aspect of this texture pack results, directly or indirectly, in you smiling, you will receive, in return, all of the money that you paid for it. None at all. :3
I am a girl who has a strange fetish for villains from video game franchises. If you have a fetish for dressing up as one, gimme a PM.

If this is a mod, shouldnt it go into released mods??
Excellent point, Umbreon, but since the majority of the information is stored in a format that's acceptable for a texturepack and can function entirely within a texture pack folder with only minor elements of coding on the side, I believe it qualifies more as a texture pack than a mod. If only technically. :3
can you make them spawn a lot less than that? like make it as common as redstone in the area of redstone. that would be better i think. this just takes the fun out of diamonds
