I have been feeling rather burned out for making textures the last few days though and haven't touched the pack at all. (or even minecraft for that matter)

Looking forward to seeing the update, mate, but no pressure! As a fellow texture artist I well understand when you've got other stuff to do too. All in good time and good things are always worth waiting for. Take care.

Hmmmm, I got random inspiration today, maybe after trying out 1.9 pre2 and I made a whole bunch of new stuff. That means that I'm back into the texturing business! (oooh yea, baby!)

I'll keep working on stuff tomorrow, I've already done all the items for 1.9 and a few that I thought were yuck from the past.

@Glim, you basically ninja'd me! Turns out you didn't actually, my clock says it's 1:45 am, but the forum says what I just posted was at 2:45 am, guess one of us is an hour off! :tongue.gif:
Thanks for that though, and yes, life does get pretty busy/crazy at times! *stashes diamond in his chest full of goodies*

@Aeri: Yea, I guess you could say that, but soon that will die down and he'll start working on bugfixes instead. It'll be a nice break, that's for sure!

Hopefully not too far away now, I spent a fair chunk of today making items so now I have all the dyes done too.
In just a little bit I'll be doing work on the new textures for 1.9 (netherwort and mushroom biomes) and then making sure all the 1.8 and 1.9 textures fit with each variant (this is probably going to take the longest amount of time)

After that I believe I'm done with all the textures and I can release! I've also finished up the panorama for the menu, the new title in the menu and the new mojang logo.

Ehhh, a little, but it's pretty understandable given how much I've delayed the update and even when I've told you it would be in the next few days, I never got it out it time.
Mind you though, it is actually holidays for me now which has put me in a better mood, as did the little break I had from texturing. Gave me a lot of inspiration too! :biggrin.gif:

Well you'll be happy to know that I'm making very good progress, it should be out soonish!
(I went to sleep, didn't work so here I am... Awake... :dry.gif: )

Also, I hope that's a steel feather (hurrr), otherwise I'll feel a little letdown...
