If you could make it so that the front of the helmets is open so that you can see where my eyes are (if you look at my avatar they are four pixels below the top) and a little below so that it looks normal on most skins that would be great, thanks again.
is there any such thing as a subscription so u can see when people have edited their post

Ok, sorry it's been taking so long (it was 3 am when I replied, I'm in australia)
I had a very busy day but I'm working on the helmets now!

Mind sharing the armour? I'd like to see how they would look like.
Dokuclip basically uses the same armour you use. :/
Sure, I can share the armour! :smile.gif:

Oh, thanks for pointing that out, I had no idea >.>
Ok everyone, bad news... My dad deleted my folder off the desktop because he thought it was a shortcut... It had all of my work on the variants for the next update of the pack...
It's definitely pushed back the next update so yea, sorry about that guys... (I'm kinda put off making textures right at the moment, will probably just do the armour edits and just PLAY minecraft for a while.
I tried restoring it from the recycling bin but I had so much other stuff (a few gigs worth of games) in the folder that even after 4 hours, nothing happened -.-
So yea, gonna take maybe a week longer :sad.gif:
Aww Sorez. You were so enthralled by the notice of delay that you didn't read the second half of the paragraph. XD
It dead nyugga.
Being 5:30 a.m. here, I'm compelled not to give an in depth review of the latest update but just let you know that I love the new glowstone, am quite satisfied with all the wood alternatives, am not liking the way natural ores are changing but couldn't really give a crap less, and am sticking with your old mushroom and stone slab works.
It is a hard decision with the slabs though. Some larger structures look much better as the new slabs and of course I can implement them into stone designs. But the old ones look too darn pretty as stair cases and floor tiling. It is a dilemma that only mighty Notch can fix... unless I want to change cobble slabs into smooth alternatives. Actually...
Oh actually I have been meaning to ask if there's any way to change particle effects depending on their source. What I mean by that is, the smoke effect looks fine coming from fire, but it's too large and overbearing coming from torches. Water splash effect looks fine when something is splashing around in water but you can't see *&c% all when it's raining.

Yea, I don't like my ores either Q.Q
also for the particles, no there isn't... unfortunately... I actually haven't tested them with rain yet... should've done that!
I have been meaning to change the particles though. As you said, they look nice in some places, but in most.... bleccchhssggghhhhh :tongue.gif:
Meant to post this to Sorez, but it did not compute...
Yea I did but I had so many files in the same folder that after 4 hours of waiting for it to restore (you restore it, can't copy and paste OR open the folder) It still didn't...
Slightly good news though, I still had the test versions in my minecraft texture packs folder! :biggrin.gif:
I did lose a bit but not as much as I thought!
So there you go, some good news! :smile.gif:
I'm having trouble with the dirt in the RPG pack though... getting the colour right is infuriatingly hard...
Anyway, haven't taken any recent pics, but these are some older ones!
Water colour changed since this pic! Still pretty close, just a bit darker and less saturated.
Rougher grass! not sure about this... opinions everyone?
Dirt, added a bit more depth to it but as I said, not sure about the colour :| (stone was unchanged here)
Darker logs (actually a brand new texture :tongue.gif:)

try sorting it by dated modified and see if you find it, it should be one of the newest ones
Do you want me to send you a full file but with the changed armour?

No, thing is that I found it, but the actual folder (not the recycling bin, the folder with the texture pack in it) was so large (11 gigs I think) that when I tried to restore it, the computer just hung and after 4 hours it still hadn't restored :|
I downloaded your texture pack, installed it, love it, but when I try to place a block the game freezes and crashes. Do you know a fix for this? I would love to use this but at the moment I can't.

You need to download the new HD Texture fix. Don't patch with the old one. Happened to me too.

Try compressing it in the recycling bin and then moving it. :sleep.gif:

Hmmm, never knew you could do that! >.>
I'll try again today... at least I didn't end up losing everything as I'd first thought though. I still had the pack's in my minecraft texture pack's folder! I was missing some stuff, but it was only a couple of blocks :smile.gif:

Yea, as Aphex said, download the latest beta patcher. The one I have a link to won't work anymore. I'll change the link to the new one soon >.>
Thank you so much, that will be great.
I will put a link to this thread in every episode.

Oh well, I only lost about 30 mins work in the end so it's not too much of a worry!
