I started making a simple texture pack since I got bored of Tronic, but I can't figure out any way to edit the way water looks. I want to make it more teal than it is now, and make it appear a little smoother. I don't see any texture or way to color either. I was also unable to search the forums for "water" so I had to make a topic. Google searching didn't help me :/
If you want to edit how it looks without using a mod like the HD patcher, then the only way to do it is by making your pack 32x but that introduces a bunch of graphical glitches.
So basically, to edit water you need a mod. Read the thread for the mod to get information on how to set up the water textures.
