Sorry to announce, I have requested this thread to be deleted. I will be moving this page to my website where I can have better control over it. I will PM all of you and give you the new address as so as it is ready. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Well seeing as you've been working 24 hours, get some rest, when you are rested though screenshots please :biggrin.gif:
And to clarify, I understand this will be a texture pack, but are you building the village too? Title's a bit confusing :tongue.gif:, anyway good luck!

"When as children we listen and dream, we think but half formed thoughts. And when as men we try to remember, we are dulled and prosaic with the poison of life." - Celephaïs, H.P. Lovecraft
Its nice, but i think you should at least give some credit to both Nerolucien and Alyxandor since you pretty much modified their work :tongue.gif:
I absolutely admit my pack is based on Nerolucien's original work, and I do owe him a little credit. I will edit my main post and share credit with him.
I have only modified the latest Nerolucien community texture pack. Alyxandor's is still a wonderfull pack, however I didn't use his as It is currently in development.
My pack started as a Nerolucien repack, but I soon realized much of the pack could be redone. All I hope to do is build on the original Nerolucien pack and make a more authentic LttP experience. Thank you for giving my pack a try and I appreciate your feedback.

No worries, I think his textures are the best for 16 x 16 and i'm pretty much doing the same with his pack, little tweaks here and there. Not sure if i'll release it though unless I make huge changes to it.

Plus I like your door alot more than the original
I was playing the game the other night and realized my house door had a heart in it, not a keyhole. I figured people might want a regular house door over a second dungeon door in the pack. It's a bit of a shame because Lttp has multiple door types and I basically only got to pick two.
Excellent pack, but I can't say I'm a fan of the glass and redstone torch. The torch especially, it's nice from a distance but from certain angles it can be really hard to work with especially on the redstone repeater. My suggestion is to make it like the torch but with the color switch on the tip instead of flames if that's possible. That would also make it possible to make a reasonable redstone repeater texture.
As for the glass... well, something that looks like glass. It looks like wood and the contrast is no good, plus it's harder to see through.
Other than that, everything is awesome, keep up the good work.

I wanted to make the pack was authentic as possible. Since the pack is based on "The Legend of Zelda: a Link to the Past". I had some difficult decisions to make. The Zelda game did not have any glass windows, so I decide to use wooden lattice windows. As for the orbs, I do understand at times they can be difficult to use. However I didn't want to exclude them as they are an important part of LttP. You can imagine If I wasn't true to the original game I would have some frustrated Zelda fans.
I believe this pack appeals more to fans of LttP, then your average Minecraft player. I think most people use it for building worlds similar to ones the ones found in the LttP. I can definitely understand how many of the textures may be problematic if used for other reasons.
Thank you for using my texture pack, and I appreciate the feedback.

i also prefer your editing than the original tho.

I plan to turn the chickens into cuckoos. I have no idea what to do with the pigs and cows.
Pigs.. possibly black pigs from WW? Maybe cows into Ordon Goats (w/o horns, of course)?
You could turn Creepers into Beamos, Skeletons into Archers and Zombies into Redeads.
I just made a Windwaker pig, maybe later this week I will do Ordon Goat for the cow. What do you think of the pig?
Update: VincentX3 has been continuing Nerolucien's work in this new sound pack. Check out his thread at http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=227898
They are stones in LttP, here is an example:
