Hey everyone. I have decided to make my own texture pack and i'm using Paint.NET but i don't know how to make the pixels smaller to make the pack 32 x 32. I have seen packs that are 32 x32 before and even 64 x 64 so can someone please tell me how this can be done. Thanks.
Also can someone give me some tips on how to make good texture packs cause mine look crap.
Eaiest way, download a 32x32 pack and use their terrain.png and whatever wlese as a template. Just be sure to give credit if you dont changed everything.
Nice idea Aandolaf, I might just have to resort to that.
I 'resized' the terrain.png so the pixel size 512x512 like you said MasterC and i worked but it's gone all blurry. So i started drawing and it seems that the pixels aren't smaller just the image bigger. I think this will work but does anyone know, just to be sure.
And can someone please also help me with drawing in Paint.NET because i'll have to start each block from scratch at this size and at the moment my skills aren't exactly at the mater piece stage yet.
