I feel like it has potential, but still needs some work, notably on the pumpkin, jack o lantern, and bookshelf. The contrast on the ores feels a bit too sharp. The obsidian... Needs to be completely redone.

A lot of these views are just guests to the site and just looking around and can't comment because they are not members, and this 'look' hase been done to death so the experienced members on the site aren't too impressed and they've seen it all before...
But ew, I don't want to play with this on with its paintbucket GUI color scheme and uninspired pixel art and sprites.
You really don't have to bump your topic ever. Just make a nice looking image advertising your pack and put it in your signature. Every post you make anywhere is now an ad for your texture pack, and is also not really annoying.
Also, I'd comment on you texture pack, but there are no images. D:
