Are you using the HD or the SD version? If you are using the HD version, you need the beta (right below "HOT") HD texture fix. Run the fix once then place the HD .zip in the textures folder and select it from the in-game menu like an SD texture.
Yeah, it looks like you are using the HD version that paan made. if you want to have it work right, you will have to use the hd texture fix. Sence paan made the hd version, not me, i am not going to be very helpful when it comes to hd textures. sorry.
You should match the style of the lapis lazuli ore block to match the style of the other ore blocks. See what I mean?
I only vaguely understand what you mean. Let me elaborate.
I don't remember exactly what Nurio had for ore textures previously, but one of the last updates he did was to change the ore designs. After the update, each ore is a different pattern while the default is the same pattern with a simple palette swap. The background behind the ore is a copy of the smooth stone with the ore pattern and color on top.
All the ore patterns are still different from each other (in both versions) and use the same smooth stone background. The only difference is the lapis lazuli resembles, if not copies, the default pattern, where the others do not. I don't see a problem with this so I will not be changing that particular part myself. However, if you would like to invent your own HD pattern for that block, I would incorporate it, so long as it conforms to the style of the rest of the pack.
That looks awesome. I will be using the HD version. I'm sure if you look around you might be able to find out how to edit the lava. Maybe if you change the texture of it in the terrain.png it will work.
lol pan, looks like you are giving me some good competition! i added your updated version to the first post. i am considering updating the lapis ore block on my version as well. not sure on what the shape will be though. EDIT: possibly a water droplet? what do you guys think?

Ok, i tried putting together a wolf texture, but i can not come up with anything that looks decent. i am going to need some help here. if anyone is willing to make a SD wolf that looks splotchy, i will be happy to put it in the pack.
Well, I took the last update from the original Nurio's Splotchblock Page, then I modified it a teeeeeny bit. I added a .png for the cookies (as it needed one), I changed up the Obsidian because I didn't really like the original texture all that much, I changed the bed, and I made a texture for the wolves! It's not the best and I'm still working on it for angry wolves. But when I'm done I'll upload it.
