You really outdid yourself please continue updating this it would be a real shame to see all your unbelievable talent go to waste! :smile.gif:
Oh and by the way... ... I approve!
P.S I'm just saying but you should shorten one of your download links with AdF.ly because then those of us who really want to support you and don't mind waiting 5 seconds can help you at least make somewhat of a profit! :smile.gif: Just a suggestion!
Hmm, that new cobblestone is coming along well. I'm copying the one from XSSheep's RPG pack. :smile.gif:
@JSD :
Nah, I don't like this adf.ly smurf, it pollutes the web for a few worthless dollars. I'd better setup donations again if I wanted to be paid a coffee every month. Wait, I said I wouldn't speak about money anymore !
Thanks for your advice anyway, and your message entirely ! :smile.gif:

I downloaded the texturepack, but it seems that I can't apply it. The icon when I go to minecraft texturepack area is gray. Is there a reason? I have already patched it. So I don't think I should be having any problems.

I've had a texture pack look grey'd out before, but I was still able to click on it and activate it. Have you tried clicking on it?
I'm guessing you also have 1.6.6 along with the latest mcpatcher, 2.1.0_01 ?
@Ovo
So I found some fonts that really fit the feel of your texture pack and made minecraft compatible. http://www.mediafire.com/?z27x4tpl5xz1boe Link if you'd like to check them out.
I also was playing around with the chicken texture, and used the one you made so i could map out where everything needed to go. In the end I kept the beak, it fit well. What do ya think?
Yes, and I have tried clicking on it, it still doesn't work, and I already have installed the latest mcpatcher. Its weird.
do other texture packs work?
Only other thing i can think of is increasing your buffer in the mcpatcher by adding 512. I've found, for me, that 1792 works well. If you have other mods I'd also start by removing them and starting fresh to find out where the possible problem is coming from. More than likely it's not the texture pack but something else.

Yes I have other mods and other Texture packs work. And I think actually, before I did anything to minecraft. I patched it and still Ovo's pack didn't work. But I'll see if your suggestion will help. Thanks for the assistance! :smile.gif:

Maybe your downloaded zip file is corrupt, try opening it and if it says it's corrupt, you've found your problem ! :smile.gif: In that case, you can use the alternate download link at planetminecraft.

Hehe, I like the dumb eyes, I might do that. :smile.gif: As for the rest, it's a bit flat textures with unmaching colors to my eyes but I didn't try to watch it with the eyes upside down like that ! ^^
Hey, I didn't think of making the feet transparent, good find !
Oh and about the fonts, thanks for sharing, I've tried them but they are really hard to read in game (especially on the multiplayer chat). I'll fall back on some basic font with no charm but that won't destroy too many eyes in the long run.
do u always update the terrain.png on the site u gave us?
that would be very good.
I'm sure you'd like that but I'm not working directly on the remote file so no, uploading constantly represents extra work that I don't want to do. I just did it twice on your demand

Oh yes,I'd like it very much!
if u have time for it could u update the terrain.png when u changed some blocks to look good with the new planks? that'd be very nice.
I'll post version 1.0 today or monday.

I get this sometimes when I'm mixing or altering my packs, and usually it's because the zip file ends up having a sub-folder instead of going directly into the texture files. You can fix this by unzipping the folder and selecting the actual texture files (terrain.png, ect) and zipping them into a separate folder in your texture packs folder. Hope this helps!
Heh, it kind looks like that doesn't it? I just made a very large foot (I have some gimp foot brushes i used for the foot) and then just a toe and made it the leg.
Been using the bitmap tool to give stuff texture too, it turned out well for the feet/leg IMO. :biggrin.gif:

Ya, the fonts are a bit tricky. The one that I had called default.png in there was the best over all out of the 3 IMO. It had the best size in the end and still kept the curly feel. if you wanna take a stab at it, i used a program called f2ibuilder. It's cross platform, runs on java. Which is nice for us linux users. :biggrin.gif: :biggrin.gif: The kicker is most of the nice fonts just don't fit at a reasonable size. Their makers made a boo-boo when making the font, so take a 1024x1024 bitmap layout and you choose a 64 font size, but some of the letters go outside of their 64x64 boundary. It forces you to decrease the size over all and shift the entire layout until they all fit at their max. Maybe i'll mess around with the an over max size and do some cut/scaling on the letters that went past their boundary. Which font did you like the best?
Heh, i used a large picture of the back of owl feathers get piece the chicken together. Maybe a color overlay and some tone changing will help. I wish i could draw, I think a chicken that has scars on his head, kind of like a creeper, would make for the best spy chicken ever! :biggrin.gif:

This terrain file has it. WIP planks, WIP jukebox, WIP door, totally WIP bed.
I did look at JS's grass before starting... :smile.gif:
I consider it, but even God doesn't know when it's going to happen !
And damn, I hate those bricks !

OIC what you two were getting at now... I just woke up, i probably shouldn't attempt to read anything yet. lol
It's a flower.
