Now off the last of my topics I just wanted to say the stone needs tweaking, because as of right now it looks much like grey and light grey wool. Maybe tweak the amount of noise?

I'll make a new one someday. Darker. With lot's of little chunks that will make it look like cobblestone.
Yeah, joking. }:^)

great pack! cant wait till the mobs and items are finished!
one thing though, the tilled dirt looks a bit fuzzy, is this part of the 5% not finished?
Hoed dirt ? Yes, not done, next release.

This is truly the best texture pack ever. You are a genius. Kudos to you man. Also nice to see another artist that uses Ubuntu :happy.gif:
Cheers ! :smile.gif:

Been using this pack for a while now, but for some reason my cobble and wood stairs are buggy. They are normal, but on there is a really weird lighting glitch with them. Would post a screenshot but I cba. The top of the bottom step and the front of the top step are pitch black, whereas the rest is fine. It was fine until this update
I didn't change stone and I don't have this problem. Have you tried other 64x packs ?

Apparently, it's a lighting bug in the game. It's not due to any particular texture pack. Are you using Smooth Lighting? Try changing that setting and see if it helps.

"Don't know why you should feel that there's something to learn... it's just a game that you play."
Just want to say, fantastic work Ovo!
This pack is *so far* the only 64x64 pack I would even consider using. The amazing job you've done on the wild-grass really helps the feel of the pack too. I love it!
Really looking forwards to see how you go about the tools! :biggrin.gif:
Sorry that I keep trying to find new things to post n the awesome pack, but...
I think a vote (doen't have to stick to the results) of what species and/or additions for mobs and items you can have to keep this batch of followers involved. eg. what fish to use:
bass
carp
trout etc.
This is amazing, Ovo! I will be definitely using this! Here, I'll post a picture of your Texture Pack with that one map (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=102024) that displays every block.
Have no idea what I was thinking with smooth stone. Still amazing as ever. I'm going to continue to post until I see what I hope are wonderfull mobs NOT realistic with the real thing.
This is the best texture pack I have ever used! Can't wait to see mobs, items and more. Keep up the great work mate! Lovin this pack!!! Just for you :wink.gif:
The answer to every post above is, "Yes". Else if it doesn't fit, it is "No". Else it is "Thank you".
Oh I've been subject to so much Laziness these last days ! Who, on, Earth, added this stupid feature to human beings ?! Tell me, what's the point of it ? It's quite hard to imagine how laziness turned out to be a key to the specie's survival after millions of years of natural selection...
Huge hailstorm out there.
And now, the complete answers:
antimattergizmo, I appreciate your support, but you should just enjoy your time by playing or doing other things you really like to do. :wink.gif: Anyway I'm not trying to catch or keep a batch of followers' attention ; if what I do is good enough, the best thing I can do to help it spread is to simply continue doing it. I may do polls if I feel it can help me stay motivated or help the quality of my pack but I don't like doing things only to keep people involved. It feels wrong and stressful.
CrazyCocoK, Thanks for the texpack gallery map screenshot. It makes the few untouched textures stand out. :tongue.gif: I'll post such a screenshot when there's none left.
_phil, I like my rail texture, I will most likely not change it sorry. :smile.gif:
bestia, Nice place you have here ! As for the side grass and dirt, same as above. :smile.gif:
DomiPS3, I will only make the signs brighter if I ever make the planks brighter too, as long as they're used to build armchairs. Meanwhile, add torches to read them inside. :smile.gif:
SDavidJacobsen, I'll make a brighter stone texture one of these days. Planks not.
Xerillio, I want to improve the wooden door. When I do it I'll try to make the window bigger.

I love this texture pack, it is most definitely my favorite 64x. I just wanted you to know I used your texture pack in taking some pictures on my minecraft save and posted them over here. If you want me to take them down it's cool, I just wanted to let you know that your texture pack was used.

If there is less light you nearly can't read anything.
