Question about grass texture

Hullo !

I'm still working on my texture pack, but I can't find how to modify the top-texture of the grass block. Could anyone enlighten me ?

It's the block at the very top-left. It's gray because the color is added to the texture after-wards, which is why there is different colored grass for different biomes.
