Yes, that's right, I took the common things you find in the "Real" world: Dirt, Stone, and Sand...
And I switched it with the common things you find in the Nether: Netherrack, Soulsand, and Glowstone.
So Dirt = Soulsand, Stone = Netherrack, and Sand = Glowstone. (and vice versa)
Well they (Besides yours) have all said "Outdated" or are really old, and I've still got a lot of ideas to bring out with this. Lots of stuff to edit :biggrin.gif:
Sweet. The great thing about Nether=>Real World texture packs is that there's only so much copy pasting you can do before you have to start inventing and making, which is great because every person so far has done it differently. What is grass gonna be like? Also, I suggest you use a patcher so you can swap the water and lava as well as change the biomes. That's the reason why I never finished mine.

BTW awesome texture pack
I once did that as a prank and my brother got on my computer and caught on fire and jumped into some water he got mad ...
.
However, you might want to make sand something else; glowstone sand really doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Maybe the leaves can be glowstone.
I just thought that I should have made SoulSand be yellow and make that sand. WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT BEFORE
Here's the other three:
First one I saw, FMJ's Nethercraft: http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=137670
Mine (unfinished and never will be): http://www.mediafire.com/?2dcl8x0c80bddtf
MilleFh's Hellcraft: http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=213641
And yours.
You're welcome to take any ideas or even textures from mine. However you should ask permission from the others.
