You don't get free reign on what you do with a derivative work without the copyright holder's permission. (As far as USA copyrights go.) The pack is very nice and I like the customizations, but do you have permission from Doku and JohnSmith?
You also have some of Glimmar's Steampunk (glowstone). I know that's without permission. And I really can't see what you say is your 50%...care to share that part?
I'd suggest you take the donate button down too. Until the pack is 100% yours...

The donate button isn't for the texture pack itself. The money goes to the server Sparx and I own. Also, this is not theft, because you have the option of paying, which is why it is called /donating/ and not /buying/. Please keep in mind that you are not at all obligated to pay; however, if you would support our server, that would be nice. Also, mixcraft has a donation button, and in my opinion, mixcraft is quite ugly lol.

Do you have permission to redistribute textures from Doku, JohnSmith, and Glimmar's texture packs? If not, then this texture pack is in violation of copyright.

Immaterial. Even if he has done that without permission, him being wrong and violating another's copyright does not justify your own breach!
*Sigh* For one, this is the internet, people *really* do not care. Two, as i have previously stated, it is not in violation of copyright because you are not required to pay money to receive the "product". The donations are independent of the work; therefore, you are not directly making money off of "copyrighted material". Secondly, because this is a mix of various works, and is not sold; this is in no way a breach of copyright. Please actually read the OP, it clearly says that it is for supporting our server. I do not know what your problem is; if you don't want to donate, then don't.

has my earlier comment been addressed that I don't want my sponge texture used in this pack? I doubt I have any real position to demand it, but still, it is my texture, and would be quite rude to keep it in without permission...
