Is there a way to link a custom texture pack to a server so that no other custom packs can be used on the user end (so that everyone sees the pack the server is set to)?
Why thankfully? kinda sucks on a PvP server where people use sets that make stuff transparent...
I can see where this feature can be really helpful, but I can also see the opposite side of the coin. Let's say the server's default pack was something like mine and is extremely high resolution. Not everyone would be able to run it as smooth although the new video settings might open a different world for that.
The best you could probably do is strongly recommend a pack to be used on a server for your clan or friends. This is assuming that it's also a private server. =\

That is a cheat and a bug in need of fixing.
