If you don't know how to, go to run, type %appdata% and go to .minecraft. Delete the bin folder, your saves will still be there, it'll just redownload the game. You'll have to reinstall mods too, though.

If I delete the Bin folder, how could I get it back? The only way I could think of is re-downloading Minecraft.
Because then I would lose all my worlds.
