downloads fixed.. main pack has side grass...alt's w/o for modloader w/grassfix. also fixed the missing underwater breath meter that nobody seemed to notice was missing...lol

over 500 downloads since patch dropped..you guys are awesome!

yay...dax posted he's updating the shaders mod today.. so as soon as I get my hands on it I'll get back to work on them and get an even better release out for the pack!

wow..thanks for the kind words! Means a lot coming from someone who makes high quality packs like you do. I do have several banners... but this was the first..and a gift to boot. it's an attention grabber...and I just can't see myself using another one at this point :tongue.gif: besides...the sheer creepiness of my nether is a major selling point! lol as far as the pack working with the feel of Minecraft...I'm still working on that one, it really is a challenge trying to make a photo realistic pack blocky. if I could only re-create the tile effect I got with the sand(totally by accident) I would be happy with it :tongue.gif:

I tossed around quite a few ideas for it.. and finally settled on one that I made from a picture of red hot glass..I decided to go red because honestly I hate the yellow glowstone. I mean it makes sense yellow... but the red goes sooo much better with the builds I have going. a good example is the giant mob spawners I show in my older vids. I like building with obsidian, and the red and black go really well together. but...everyone is gonna have something about the pack they don't like..and tbh I think you are the first person to give any criticism of one of the textures since the first page..lol any suggestions for an alternate? I will try to add some if anyone would tell me to..hehe

edit: and btw I have the new mapping done and ready for testing as soon as dax gets the mod released. hopefully I got it right this time and can release them quickly. think i still need to add the wolves to the pack anyway.

At the moment i dont really have any good suggestions for it but ill try to think of something.

the smoke rings on redstone /portal bug me too... but I like them sooo much on torches/fire.. I wish there was a way to make separate particles for them. I have been playing around with a couple of alternatives, but I'm kinda partial to the rings for fire...lol

I haven't even done armor/weapons yet..lol weapons are from LB photo realism.. and maybe armor...I do believe I put the armor back in from Misas HD though.

edit: I don't really like the death animation of the blocks. But the other blocks looks awesome, keep the good work.

I might need to expand my treasure room for all those diamonds..lol sorry you don't like the break animation, I wanted to go with something that nobody else had, and was really easy to see. that's one of the things that I probably won't ever change..but you never know..I may release an alternate if I get the chance to make another one.

ok..I have the fully blocky textures almost ready for release..just need some minor tweaks...having a hell of a tme tryign to get the specular map right to release the shaders though. if anyone knows how to do them properly and feels like giving it a go, the help would be much appreciated.(and proper credit given)
