got my list of to-do's for the next update.. completely overhauling the mapping now that I have an idea of how the speculars are done.. getting everything ported down to the lower resolutions.. and get the completely blocked version out..I'm seriously thinking about giving up on it, it's just not turning out how I would like it to. I have put way to much work into the terrain I haven't released yet to do that though. If anyone has anything they don't like let me know. other than the blockyness I am pretty much set on the textures and won't be making any major changes any time soon.
apologies for the ultra glowing ore...I'll get a fix out asap.. I didn't realize it was that bad until I went on my server and noticed you can see them from space...lol
heh...thanks..the custom lava I put in just animates better and feels more real imo. as much as I like this one(a lot), it just looked terribad with the heatwave effect.
edit: forgot to say that it's a part of the custom lava..just highly modified
will most likely have the downloads disabled for a little while later during the update process. got a lot going on today with college applications and stuff so It might get pushed back a day
About the 16x do I need the Patcher Too for that? Cause I tried before and it's not working when I add it to Texture Pack Folder or when I patch it in.

for custom water/lava/portal yes.
also make sure to unzip the file you download. there are 2 zips inside. one is the pack, the other is shaders(which has to be unzipped)

Edit: Dont mean to sound like a burden, but is the 16x pack completely finished? Because after the extraction process and I put it into my files. It looked nothing like the pictures or the videos at all. The doors were shilloutes, and the Rock/Gravel looked like smudges, and everything else was default textures execpt the torches in my inv were textured and the others weren't.
the 16x is just the terrain and custom water/lava/portal.. didn't port down the gui and particles yet (haven't done tools/items at all)
edit: and keep in mind the pics/vids are 128x
ok..so..already got an idea for my next pack... just need to decide what rez to do it in..thinking of stepping it up to 256x because I don't think 128x would do it justice. It won't be photo realistic exactly, and it will be themed. keeping the details under wraps till I release it. :tongue.gif:
