I really like the way these textures are going (not like I've used them since, like, forever, but...) I hope you get these textures for 1.6 done soon (I'm NOT going to 1.7 for a while, I like my Minecraft the way it is) and would really like any of your packs, especially 16x (I used to like 64x, but my computer is getting slower by the day, soon it'll be slow enough I could eat breakfast while waiting for it to load)
256x updated...only 256x. reverted to the old, not over-sharpened textures. all the outlined blockyness is gone though. I'll be working on the rest as well as trying to get the new stuff I was working on done for the next update. sorry it took so long y'all. I stuck in some textures as placeholders from LB until I get them done. file is uploading as I write this, so give it about 10 min and download away. (will edit this once it's up with a direct link.)

Hey Grugsy it's certainly been a while! Looks like the 256 is looking good! I have a small amount of feedback for you though, if you don't mind me giving it :tongue.gif:
1. The wood is really dark compared to the wood of the chests and ladders, maybe you could brighten and slightly increase the contrast to color-match the rest of the wood?
2. The water and lava doesn't tile well, but is a cool individual texture. This is something I'm at a loss for words how to help :/
3. The clouds are awesome.
4. Maybe brighten the leaves up just a tad.
I have always been a fan of the pack, and you need to update more often!

On a side note, my original 512x pack that I had started back in February is being revived now that it is possible to have such detail. I'm trying to keep it sorta hush-hush but I'll just say that it is.... a "unique" minecraft experience and I am looking forward to the completion of it. you can pm me for more details if I have piqued your curiosity :tongue.gif:

I'm afraid my texture pack has died; no one comments or views it anymore, and I can't continue self-bumping it. It was good while it lasted :sad.gif:
sorry for not getting another update done... been crazy this last week getting the kiddos set to start school again. I would say I'll have an update out quickly.. but.. no. I started tweaking textures to match new ones...and completely remade half of the pack from scratch... no manipulated photos this time. I'm thinking once it's all done, if there aren't many/any of the textures from this pack left in it, I'll release it as a new pack. It's gonna have a completely different feel to it, and is coming out a lot less realistic this time.. I'll try to fit in some time to get this one updated properly, but no promises. keep an eye out for a new pack thread soon.
for anyone still keeping up... new project is up.. Here
this pack is discontinued for now... I can't focus on two packs at once....and kinda lost track of where I was headed with this one. aaaand...since nobody is really bitching about it, wth right?
