new tracks are done..lined them up perfectly with vanilla tracks, they match up when in a circle.. when connected to straight tracks they are still off.. idk.. but I'll release them with the next update
took a few days off..will be back to work on the pack monday..gonna try to fix the tracks..finish up the reworked mapping...maybe get some of the items done..

lol geez.. slowly but surely getting the more blocky feel done... and yeah...4 versions..plus the alternates with reg wool.. plus constantly improving mapping... it's getting better...just by small steps.I'm working on another pack too that I won't release as early on as this one, and getting everything taken care of to get back in school... lot's to do...heh

Its an update version of 16x, I'm not done porting the textures from 128 to 16, Doing GUI Atm, Pretty Smooth, Looks normal on the inventory, The background is the same as the 128.
I tried adjusting that red square on the repeaters, and realized something...
The position of the second torch is dependent upon the delay. Derp.
So there's no one spot that would be the "right" location for that lighted area, unless perhaps it was between the stationary torch and the one that moves when setting a delay.

decided to take some of the stuff from the other pack I was working on and add it to this one instead...just don't have time to do two packs; even though I would like to. new leaves, sand, wooden door with windows, tracks. gimme some feedback...yes or no? clicky for bigger size.
plus I took the easy way out for now with the blockyness...did a bevel with a neutral color at the smallest setting possible..I'll blend it better later.
edit: and new lapis block that isn't a google image :tongue.gif:
I like them Grugs. I really think now that lapis tiles are the way to go, no comparison. BTW, is that a diamond block next to the lapis? It looks awesome.

yeah..that's the diamond blocks... and as far as the seamless part goes...it would be if I wasn't intentionally trying to make everything blocky...lol

I'm starting to like that "easy way out" you pulled on the sand. It almost suits it well, but unless you do it with all the textures it kind of seems like you're in limbo between seamless and blocky. Not necessarily a bad thing, either, depending on how you decide to take it from there.
The new doors are interesting. It allows alot of visibility, but I'm not sure if the bottom window is entirely necessary. Also try to keep the use of wood fairly uniform throughout your pack... Atleast until they start making different types of wood planks.
I'd critique your lava, but I personally know the pain of changing something like that. (Reason why mine is still the same texture since like 2 weeks into my release, lol)

Something similar to your diamond would look real slick. I've always liked that diamond, lol
I added that effect to all the blocks with a greyish brown.. working through them to make it match the color but be a definite outline. The wood I am going to match up color wise.. haven't decided if I want to change the main wood or not. I agree on the ice and with the door too.. gonna pull out the bottom window...and maybe the middle one since it has a weird glitch.

I'm glad you're making some progress on the rails. I'm sure you'll figure out the curve issue soon enough. I like the plank bed under the railroad ties - it seems to kind of unify the appearance.
I kinda like the sand (seems a little darker than I've normally used) and the leaves are very lifelike!
