Did you use Google Images? Some of those look a bit blurry. Especially the flint and steel - the rock and steel are really different.
Still though, nice job!
For some of the items like iron and gold, yes. Others I take the images myself or do it manually. And flint is any hard, rough piece of rock, it doesnt need to be like in the game xD
I like your last two pictures, i not sure though the leaves texture is kinda...idk but if you had any other leave idea it be cool to see thouse to =) Otherwise your making good headway =)

yeah, the leaves suck. I'll be fixing that later, and the cloth is actually a cotton texture I made and recolored.
