Hey Andre, I just got my pictures. I was beginning to worry, but I finally got them in the mail a day or to ago. There awesome!! They are currently sitting on my bookcase, waiting to be framed. Also, I was wondering, and no pressure, but I found this really cool mod that you might like to have a look at. I wanted to give it a try but it wouldn't of looked right without Jolicraft!! here's the link: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1090288-124-125-extrabiomesxl-v113-classic-v115-classic-updated-for-125/

That mod is SWEET. Biomes are my favorite part of minecraft. My favorite way to play is with my nomad rules, so this mod particularly appeals to me. I'll give it a try.
andre, in my last counting, jolicraft has fanmade support for these mods:
equivelant exchange
buildcraft
a railcraft that needs updating
better that wolves
and balkon's weapon mod
you should include these in default Jolicraft!
just tought about it. The shadow of the player and items is a cir4cle, which is ironic because minecraft is a blocky word where teh circle is a completly new dimension out of the minecraft limits
what frenden's items ? didn't he replace those ages ago
Nah I haven't replaced them yet. I've lived with them so long it's hard to come up with something I like better. I'll replace them all sooner or later.
what is andre doing now ? the update is over and all his updating things are finished ? Andre you going to make more alts, or just chillax for a while ?
Giving a few of my other projects a much needed facelift. Mostly doodlemachine.com, that's the site that I get the most work from so I need to give it some love. Don't worry, there's still tons to do on Jolicraft (including a new release that I'll announce shortly).
I like this idea and I've started working on it myself, but I can't find larger versions for some of the paintings.
André, if you read this please post high-res versions of these four pictures :
Sweet! I'm actually adding all those pieces to doodlemachine.com's gallery, so you can grab the high res versions of these and others directly from there. I'll let you know when they're up.

I believe it's something like the youtuber KurtJMac's Far Lands or Bust, where the player never stays in one spot and is always on the move, never taking alot with them and always living off the land. I think Andre also leaves behide statues where ever he sleeps so you could follow them back to the spawn... a good way to see where you've been before.

Yeah, that. I leave a trail of wooden men to mark the way back to home, so I can follow it back if I want someday. However lately I've been playing hardcore scenarios, so the only record of my deeds in my screenshots (because, eventually, no matter how hard you try, you'll die by accident eventually). Every 4th or 5th statue is a resting place. I usually dig a hole under the statue with a trap door, inside is a bed, and I leave a chest for the valuables that I can't carry. The next adventurer along will grab them ;). I like it because it keeps you seeing new stuff. I've come across some of the most awesome minecraft-esque moments playing like this.
It's funny, when you have a game going a long time, and Minecraft gets patched. You come across the new terrain generation first hand. Like this screenshot is from when they changed the terrain code substantially (I think it was 1.8?). This was the last statue I made on that journey. Heh.
Hmmm. Pretty quiet around here. Guess I gotta do something to get ya talking huh...
It's gonna be called "Sunny Jolicraft".
Do I smell a spring update upon us?... I really want to know what is going to make this update different from the normal ol' Jolicraft, flowers everywhere maybe? oh so many flowers indeed...
Speaking of shaders mod...
I installed shaders last night once I realised they had updated and then I found this amazing hill, and well I made it into a background
Enjoy

I am using SonicEther's Unbelievable Shaders, just google that and it will come up.
First you must run the core installer for your OS, then you have to extract the files from the configuration of your choice(I recommend the Ultra DOF package) into your minecraft.jar in the shaders folder.

Nice! I so rarely see my prints framed. Looks great.
I've been watching you for longer then you'd care to know.
Hmmm, interesting. Any chance you could link me?

Nomad rules? Can you elaborate?
