Because we’re bored! The adventure update sounds so sweet, but it’s SO FAR AWAY. So let’s take the time til then to just savor the world that we know because apparently it’s going to change forever pretty soon.
And if that’s not incentive enough, I’ll offer a 12x18 poster print of my Jolicraft illustration to the best entry, shipped right to your door.
Or you may choose a print from my surplus print stock (visit andrejolicoeur.com for samples).
Starting July 25th you may post 1 screenshot per day for each day of the contest (if you post more than 1 per day you will be OUT). Every day I will select my favorite screenshot of the day. The same user may win multiple times. On August 1st, I will select the overall winner from the 7 daily winners.

Wow. That is a HUGE mod! I've always said that I'll skin any mob that I actually use. So I'm going to download it, try it, and if I love it and stick with it I'll do the textures. But seriously, that's TONS of work, so even if I do decide to do it it'll be a long time coming. Or I may just do a few textures and the GUI. Let's add this to the 'someday' pile for now.

Loving your texture pack, I've got a sceenie ready for tommorrow. But, are we allowed to edit them in photoshop (i.e add some blur or change the colors slightly?)

Meh not as big as I thought. I'll at least do the terrain and GUI. I've already started :smile.gif:.

Personally, I only roll vanilla Joli' but I've seen some pretty awesome biome mods out there that can create some pretty spectacular views.
