are bow strings supposed to be black? just got jolicraft back after a brief break thanks to 1.4 and the bow just looked kinda funny, you know? Looking forward to new wolves! Probably wont try to tame any until that heart animation gets patched.. I have terrible luck with wolves and have died trying to tame them more than once, mostly cuz im an idiot
the woolf needs a little bit of work like the heatrs and can u give us a defrent link to download becouse i cant get the pumkins and i donk like the ones that first come in the pack
I really like the wolf textures. The eyes being two different colors is a very nice touch!
I'm not too sure on the crows-as-chickens, though. I like them and they look wonderful, don't get me wrong. It's just that once you get near them and they start clucking like a chicken it ruins the illusion.

Do not troll, flame, or spam in simple texture pack threads. If you don't like them, don't post. You will be warned otherwise.

Actually, it wouldn't be too hard to replace the sounds with cawing. Just find some sounds, change em' to ogg.s and rename them to the chicken sounds. Then overwrite the originals, and make them read only through properties.
Edit: I just noticed, I never did post here. For some reason I thought I had. This is a wonderful pack, and I meant to say that at the beginning of the thread. D=
Great update, I like the wolf texture, except for a bit about the tamed wolf. I don't like the ears being hidden. But the hat is very nice.
Do you still work on a customizer ? :smile.gif:

Mo's Creature have a crow, so you could use its sound I think and replace the original chicken sound :smile.gif:
I didn't notice that the tamed wolves had hidden ears. I like it, but could the ears be able to be seen on the sides of the wolves' heads? You've probably tried it already though.
I finally gave into downloading this texture pack.
I have no regrets.
This texture pack is very appealing. No extra noise, no super-simple designs, just that sweet spot in between. The wolves look like actual wolves with those teeth. I love how the tamed wolves have little hats on.
Again, excellent work Mr. Jolicoeur. I'm amazed at the speed of the release of the update too. As for the dogs, these are really unique and so would be pugs! As posted before, I think that a dalmatian might well fit the playful style of Jolicraft! Also; I love the logo!
First things first- allow me to express how much I adore this texture pack. I've tried every pack under the sun, including the HD Photo-realistic ones, and none of them could match the character Jolycraft brings to the crafting table. It's a gorgeous pack, stupendous work.
That said, with the 1.4 update, I'm having some trouble. For whatever reason, the trees and grass aren't taking on that autumn-ish off-green color I've come to associate with Jolicraft- they're remaining the default radioactive green hue. The sidegrass, meanwhile, is the correct shade. I'm not sure how to recitify this. Any ideas, anyone?
quick suggestion i thought of, although this would probably be in the mod section...
andre, based on this brilliant texture pack, i really feel adding honeybees would be totally perfect for your style. i can just picture their cute little busy bodies flying around the flowers.
has anyone thought of this before? is there a honeybee mob-mod?
JoliCraft is simply amazing. Except the creepers scare the CRUD outta me. 0_0

Those are a couple of alternate textures for Lapis blocks, just like the alternate Iron/Gold/Diamond block textures.
(Speaking of which, who here prefers to use some of the alternate textures? I swap the glass, sandstone, birch, and iron/gold/diamond/lapis.)
Did you perhaps edit the images to use some of the alt textures? If you edit the image in an editor that doesn't support transparency in PNGs (for example, MSPaint), then you would end up with white, opaque areas where things should be transparent.
Try redownloading the pack and see if that fixes it, and if so, try a program like Paint.net or GIMP to edit in the alt textures. :smile.gif:
That was it. Thanks!

Cause Pugs = awesome. Also, painterly has a corgi option. You can easily replace the files.
Though, personally, I'd prefer a black wolf skin.
