Hey Folks, just a quick update:
I finally got around to doing a new forum post. The headings are done I just need to do graphics for the inside. This is long overdue and will be much easier to navigate. Thoughts?
I'll be posting the current snapshot changes to all versions of jolicraft shortly, and when I have them ready I'll have some fancy new download buttons.

One idea for the cutsomizer: I've been using the small nether bricks as cobble stone (in black and white) and thought it looks pretty awesome - particularly in npc villages.
::Install Instructions::
• open your current version of Jolicraft with Winrar or the other thing (7zip or whatever you wish)
• open the zip folder you just downloaded in the same way
• drag the folder called "art" from art_joli_plus_1.0.zip into your Jolicraft .zip folder
• close everything because you are done

Added book background & icons to Jolicraft (and all flavors). Also fixed some weird pixel issues in Sunny Jolicraft. Downloads have been updated. Enjoy!

The books are awesome and could you please change the glowstone in sunny jolicraft to the one that has a brown X over the yellow and if you dont please explain to me why. (no offense) I also think you should make changes the cobblestone and edit more blocks like the stone brick. But overall, it looks AMAZING!!!

But just a thing, you didn't change the update version (5.3) so you have to delete your existing Jolicraft 5.3 folder to get this one, and the same goes for the different flavours. Not meaning to be harsh or anything, it was just a bit annoying trying to work out which Jolicraft was the updated version. The editable books look awesome in Jolicraft! I'm loving Sunny Jolicraft at the moment, it is really nice!

I'd u search mte (minecraft texture pack editor) and download it you can copy the glowstone from the version with the x to the new version

The download links on the forum post are kinda wonky. The download button at the top points to jolicraft5.2, while the one in the spoiler at the bottom points to jolicraft5.3! Whatever! No big deal, right?

You caught me! I posted in another texture pack's thread. However, please look at the date that I posted that, it was shortly after it was released, and the initial versions of summerfields had the wood and leaves that looked like Jolicraft's. Also, he asked me to post that I acknowledged his pack because it borrowed some of Jolicraft's assets. I didn't see his later stuff.
And I guess "never" isn't the right word. I remember liking Jungle ruins at one point. And now that we're getting stuff out in the open I did start my minecraft texturing career running a 16p doku rpg pack. Sometimes I see other packs in youtube videos.
Andre, how are you going with the Extra Biomes Textures? I am playing the classic version now and it is amazing. I can't wait to see what you can do!
And the fish-hunger bar idea is great!
It's basically done but I still need André to upload the original size pic of the snake and the dog*
