Unfortunately no, the customizer doesn't support random mobs yet. Until it's added if you want random mobs you can download a customized pack and copy the mobs folder from the normal jolicraft zip into your customized version.

In case it's helpful to anyone, I ended up inadvertently solving my problem with JoliCraft's Tall Grass not matching all biome colors. I downloaded Xie's "Colourful Stuff" which overwrote DokuCraft's Glowstone texture as well as JoliCraft's Glass, Glass Pane, and Wooden Plank textures. When I uninstalled the mod, because it overwrote the texture pack, my Tall Grass was suddenly working perfectly.

I don't really think Xie's mod specifically fixes this issue though, lol. I'm probably just a derp and could have fixed it by setting my texture pack to Default and then re-selecting JoliCraft. >.>

EDIT: I ran into more problems. :/


After re-installing my mods on a new minecraft.jar my Texture Pack seems to have broken also. Pictured is JoliCraft's Pumpkin and Brick Block, with DokuCraft's Gold Block and Water (which also applies to Fire and Lava). I have absolutely no clue why this happened. D:

I could have sworn I re-installed OptiFine, in the correct order, multiple times. I guess since I was re-installing multiple mods over and over again, due to errors, everything must have gotten mixed up. D:

In the end, I just decided to revert my Minecraft back to my most recent save, somehow I managed to COMPLETELY break my game by re-installing all of my mods on a fresh .minecraft. >.>

Jolicraft was my first texture pack, and it's still my favourite texture pack. Long live Jolicraft.

Also I bet you're gonna rock some awesome redstone lamps. I just finished a Redstone Wars against Sethbling and used the default texture pack because I used the latest snapshot. It was weird, so glad I don't have to do that normally...Jolicraft ftw!

Sweet! Yeah sorry about the delay on those, I've started them but I've been delayed due to a massively inconvenient sewage problem on my property. Seriously, you should see my street right now. So many utility vehicles cars can barely get through. No water or heat all weekend. So I won't be back to work until mid week at the earliest, and I have projects that need attention so don't expect the next update too soon. But I promise I'll pick up where I left off as soon as I'm able. Sit tight everyone!

I can't wait for the redstone lamp skins!!! You currently have a really nice glowstone skin in the customizer that looks very similar to a lamp. It has 2 brown bands across a yellow forming an x. Do you think you could add that one to the redstone lamps alts?

You mean like this? I took the alt glowstone and made another version of it for the not powered state and I think it looks quite good. I put it next to the current glowstone for comparison.

Could you please keep the golems similar to the default but add a jolicraf ttwist to it because I really like the golems but think they could be improved even more by the best texture pack creator in the world, Andre.

YAY I'M HOME! As much as I love being forced out of my house for a week due to sewage cleanup, coming back to a clean house and a minecraft binge is pretty sweet too. Can't wait to start on my Golem. Will update you with an ETA as soon as I can.

Hey, I have been using some of jolicraft textures (which I fully intend to give credit to) and i noticed that the grass color when I load minecraft isnt right, did you have that problem? If you did... how did u fix it?
