Your sheep_fur.jpg in your customization option is off for the butt. It made an 180 so the shag is shown at the top.
I fixed it for myself using your Halloween jpg.
Edit: I just noticed the Mooshrooms have the same thing going on.
I sheared the cow and it's butt is also flipped... but it looks more flipped and mirrored.

At one point Mojang changed the direction of the skin's backside. I have them properly updated in my pack, but the customizer has the old versions up. I'm not able to upload new textures to the customizer because there is a glitch that they're fixing, but when I'm able I'll replace all the skins on the customizer.
I'm going to do a pre release because the MC patcher hasn't updated their colours mod and optifine isn't working at all for me. I'll do an official release when I can use custom colours again to coordinate the sky, leaf, grass, and water textures.

Andre you forgot that there is a full texture of the leaf block for the "fast" setting in graphics. Sadly I dont like the new baoba wood, it looks to plan for jolicraft, just really flat and dull it seems. Like for your other trees I love the color and just love how are the bark is set over each other. I'm using a brown textured melon for my trees.

The only reason that Andre has made the jungle log textures in this way is because of the fact that they appear in 2 thick trees and an indent in the middle would look weird
