Could someone make a template for icons.png? I can't figure out what each part does, and the search is useless since it removes "." from anything you put in.

Every moment, a thousand worlds are born; every moment a thousand worlds die. For what is a dream but a world, at once brief and eternal, alien and familiar to the mind?

Thanks, but that isn't what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a template of the file that has the health bars, armor bars, air and what they do; it confuses me.

Bah I fail at reading, I so totally read that as items.png not icons.png.
I haven't actually done much with that particular file but I'll take a stab at it.
The icons are, reading from left to right top to bottom:
The crosshair (It actually inverts the colors under it so changing it from white may have unexpected results in game.)
Health containers (I believe the different boarders are what are used for the flashing when you get hurt.)
Full and half health bubbles. The lighter ones again are used in the "Ouch" flashing animation.
Then come the armor bubbles, not sure why there are two full ones, my guess would be one is used in the "ouch" animation but not sure.
The last two are the air gauge used when you are underwater.

Tis far better to be a witty fool than a foolish wit.

Curse Premiumhttp://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Data_values
The page on data values shows all the icons as well as what they are for.
(Along with a bunch of other information.)
Granted they aren't organized the same as in the file, but it should still be of some use. :wink.gif:
