Right under de mossy cobblestone is the texture for the tree leaves on fancy graphics settings (they have transparency).
Right under the obsidian is texture for the tree leaves on fast graphics settings (they don't have transparency).
These textures are grayscale, because it pulls the color from the foliagecolor.png, which you will find in the "misc" folder inside the .jar file.
Sorry for a late reply, thank you so much! I am going to re-color them (removing the biome effect) as I have done with grass but at least I know what they are =D
