Thanks! It's a shame the dev.bukkit.org site "doesn't condone" that sort of positive, beneficial stuff in a texture pack or mod. Ah well, their loss; the MC forums do, and are easily 10x more popular for downloads anyway! :>
I see plenty of iron, a little gold and at least two diamond deposits, three if you're willing to mine about 50 blocks away, (Which you should be, since that's barely any distance at all), in those three screenshots alone. owo

Thanks! It takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be picking out blocks of diamond that aren't even lit up with ease. Here's this to help you out, I was too lazy to do the other two: http://i.imgur.com/J0V8f.jpg
Yes. For now, they appear exactly the same as diamonds when pitch black, but when lit up by nearby lava or other light sources, they'll be a solid, purple-pink cube. I'll update the pack to correct their texture as soon as 1.3 is officially released.
I've checked out many Minecraft Texture packs and most of them have one thing in common. Burning Furnaces are invisible. This is a BIG downfall to most of them. I hope yours doesnt have that
Hehe, don't mind; in Strongestcraft, mine aren't! :3 Also, they come with a handy interface in furnaces that remind you of how sticks, logs and other items can be used to fuel furnaces, which also list how many items they can burn!
And nice texture pack; useful for the annoying mobs around my house.
