I am well aware that Minecraft is 1.9 and although I would love to keep it current as quickly as possible my real life obligations will delay any updates for a while. As updates are being added fairly frequently now I may wait to release the next pack until the release date. I apologize for the delay although if you like the pack I encourage you to customize it following the below link and add in the missing textures with default or other packs you like :smile.gif:
Well I've taken a break from Minecraft for the past few months due to some family issues. I apologize for the major delay in updating this but better late than never. I haven't added too much besides the new textures. I just added the pack to the customizer (see above link), so now you can pick what you want easier. I really like this tool,so in the future as I design new textures I'll place them on that site first then when there are enough changes I'll upgrade the version here with all the files for download.
There's still a lot I want to do with this pack including alternate armor, art, and change over the few remaining default textures to my own. So expect this pack to continually change and evolve over time. The ultimate goal for this pack is for it to be a kind of "simple pack" version of the paintery pack where you have multiple textures for each block making your world customizable and unique :smile.gif: This is a continuing work in progress and I welcome all feedback or suggestions!
Do I really expect anyone to donate? Short answer is no, I myself rarely donate to free resources and I assume most of you are the same. Then why do I bother with the donate button? Despite what some may think all texture packs, even simple packs take a massive amount of time. I've logged well over 100 hours working and testing this pack out. Even if I got a couple bucks in my paypal account it would help my cause in validating my obsession with Minecraft. So if you like my pack and have an excessive amount of spare cash laying around I would be happy to take some off your hands :biggrin.gif:

Story Behind the Pack:
When I first purchased minecraft I played with the default texture until by eyes burned out from the ugliness. After that I started using texture packs but due to my PC I can only run 16x16. I never found a pack I loved 100%, and started by tweaking a few things here and there to my liking. Eventually I had changed so much I just decided to make my own pack to my liking, and this is the result. This pack was made for myself but I thought I'd share it in case others like it.
My goal was to make a very bright and bold world where all blocks could be used for stylish decoration. Because of this it often has a very cell shaded fell but I try to add depth and shading where it doesn't compromise the simplistic feel.
Nice, first actual good "simple" pack I've seen. I usually hate simple packs but i like how u add patterns to your textures rather than just make them less detailed. I will keep an eye on this :tongue.gif:
Holy crud! I exceeded my photo bandwith, that's the first time I've ever had that happen! 'm going to have to find another photo service because I'm too cheap to upgrade, bear with me guys :tongue.gif:
Wow! I'm so glad that people like this pack! If you have suggestions for future updates let me know. As it is now I'm planning on adding custom textures for the fancy pack and mo' creatures as well as increasing the list of alternate textures for beds torches, armor, etc.
I'm also working on a texture pack test map that can be used to try out different texture packs.
I'm actually working on a better test map, it should be done soon, maybe latter tonight. The new one will even have a minecart tour of the blocks :smile.gif: I'll post it on here when it's finished.
