i just noticed the sand doesnt tile well, take a look at it!
oh also, theres a pixel left in one of the windows of the wooden door.
also, the bed-icon is invisible.
im aware its unfinished, but just telling you incase you didnt notice those things!

Thank you, yes I had always intended on testing it myself and only putting a download link up when I was sure I finished. So I'm aware of all the little bits of mistakes there are in the pack. The sand is intentional for the most part, to give it a wavy feel, but I will take a look and see if there is anything that bugs me with it later (when I get out of work!)
When's the next version gunna be? I'm getting anxious. Have you completely forgotten this, or are you just (hopefully) working on it really hard, not having time to post.
Have a bunch of alternate textures for people to use. And I'm using Painterly's Wheat and Netherack for now.
But I'll update fairly soon with the new download.
Last night I worked on the iron and gold ingots along with pork. Pork looks cool! It's a whole pig leg! Yum. Any thoughts on the weapons and tools photo I uploaded?
I rather like them. I know with this whole 'red' theme you can't do much, but wood and stone tools look VERY similar. A wood sword is easy because it's a twig, but the shovel, axe and pick look too similar.
I also have this weird impression the stone sword is better then the diamond. I generally find that large scimitars similar to final fantasy are stronger then rapiers or longswords.
Hmm, Interesting point. I'll take a shot or two at making the wood and stone look more distinguishable from each other. And I'll make the stone sword look 'weaker' :-).
Thanks for your insight!!
Now for a little showcase of other items I worked on.
In somewhat of an order from top left to bottom right:
Coal
Iron Ingot
Gold Ingot
Diamond
Raw Pig Leg
Leather Hide
Redstone Dust
Cooked Pig Leg
Clay
Egg with a little crack in it :-)
Bed
Slime
All buckets
Dye colors.
LASTLY, I have a question for any of you reading this. That little brown circular thing that would look like a little pouch... do you like it more for the dye? I would have a bunch of pouches, each with a different color on the pouch.

For the most part I finished the terrain. Will post a picture of the weapons / tools soon.

For the dyes, I vote for the pouch.
the score is 1 / 1.
Anyone else have any thoughts?
