After you patch the game with that, open up Minecraft like usual. Click the Texture Pack button in the main menu. Click the "Open Texture Pack Folder" button at the bottom. Drag the Soartex.zip file into the folder that opens. DO NOT unzip it. Just go back into Minecraft and select Soartex from the texture pack window.
@Soar49 Good job on the new textures, the ores in particular are much better. What will be your next texture?
Maybe, they are an iron grille, a pumpkin, a sapling of a watermelon, a watermelon, and a vine.
Rain may also be made.
Mushroom block at the next next version.
One question. Are a cobweb and sponge used in the game?
Hi Soar, first of all i love you pack! Realized that i can´t play MC without it any more. :smile.gif:
But one Question, why did you change the grass textures to a standard green texture? The old "gray" texture used the grasscolor.png (tested in 1.8.1 with the ground grass texture from your older packs) and so it looks MUCH nicer, because of different color tones in different areas! Now its deep green everywhere. Can you add the "gray" ones (grass/sidegrass/grasstexture) to the costomizer please?
This would be VERY NICE :biggrin.gif:
Gray textures, such as tall grass, get a color from grasscolor.png.
Therefore, a color brighter than grasscolor.png cannot be expressed.
Since I wanted to use bright gloss for tall grass, grasscolor.png was made very bright.
Therefore, the gray texture had to have green.
The color of the present soartex is dark compared with the beginning.
Since I would like to modify it brightly, I am waiting for 1.9.
Maybe, since biome is modified by 1.9, it will be performed after that.

Cobwebs are found naturally. Sponge aren't found but can be spawned by the player.
First, run MCPatcher 2.1.1 found here:

It is visible like a comic to be sure.
Maybe, gold and a diamond are the causes.
I would like to modify them in the future.
