I use Photoshop and am making the texture from zero.
A free texture, a photo, and auxiliary software are not used at all.
It is the work which time requires very much.
The present working pace will be an average of 3 hours or more in one day.
It may reach in 8 hours in case of a day off.
(There was a work break for 50 days in it until now)
Therefore, compared with other texture packs, advance considers the very late thing as regrettable.
Therefore, I can never tolerate the mix from other texture packs into the incomplete portion of soartex.
Although I am the troublesome author, I would like to request cooperation of everybody continually.
Is it possible to fix so the redstone doesn't fade out? Hard at the end i think to see if the rs is powered or not, u got the particles yes but its hard anyway :biggrin.gif:
Have you said that a long distance red stone cannot be seen?
That is, you are demanding me to make a red stone thick?
This is the best texture pack I've seen yet :biggrin.gif:
Awesome work!
Would you mind adding/telling me if there is Millenaire support so blocks like the timber frame/mud brick don't stick out so much :smile.gif:
Hey man, great texture pack! The only hi-res tex pack that makes minecraft really look good. As you do not have included items.png, i decided to try to make one in your style. For now, I have finished some random items and the tools, so I decided to share my work in this thread. Hoping you like and maybe include it in your final version :wink.gif:
I will make items.png by myself in the future.
However, your creation thing will be helpful to someone.
Moreover, a design will stimulate me.
I would like to add to an add-on, when work is continued and it increases to a slight degree. :wink.gif:
No homo or anything but can I kiss you?! haha! This TP is the best TP I have ever seen!!!! Can you please finish the TP to 100%? make the items in your TP? because you only done blocks :sad.gif:
Hey Soar,
For making mobs you should check out the DokiDoki Texture Pack, the mobs are great and in your style... Maybe they inspire you?
And the new top page is muuuuuuuuuuuuch better than the old! Great change :biggrin.gif:
I made some obsidian... it's a bit more purple :biggrin.gif:
I modified the piston + trapdoor by Kiwikyle a bit to make them more soar style
A color change to be compatible with ModLoader + Side grass
Last, but not least I made cobblestone + mossy cobble a bit darker
I would like to add your picture to a customizer.
To do so, it is necessary to synthesize to terrain.png.
Would you combine and upload your picture to a template?
If other add-on picture authors wish, please carry out template composition similarly and upload.
no one can help me D: how do I add those new things to the texture pack?
To add the custom icons to your Soartex textures:
First, download the image and make sure it's named "items.png" (no quotes)
Make a folder named "gui" (no quotes). Put items.png inside the gui folder.
Then, open up your Soartex.zip inside your texturepacks folder.
Drop the gui folder into the zip and you're done.
I just wanted to say that I think this texture pack as a whole is extremely well done, especially for one that is made by hand. I actually cannot think of anything specific to recommend for change or improvement, I am completely satisfied with this at the moment. I simply thought that you deserved a compliment and felt obligated to write one.
Very nice texture pack, I hope, you can add the mobs, items and icons to 1.8 :biggrin.gif: the terrain.png looks awesome, I haven't find any bad things on it! And you could add a nice font, that would be nice, too!

If there is a title required for others, please tell me.
I do not know what has demand.

Thank you, JamieH93.
By your favor, today's feeling of mine was good. :laugh.gif:
I have a plan to make except a block.
I have tried the texture customizer.

If a background is gray, it will be easy to find the added texture.
A slight change may be overlooked if a background is unmixed soartex.
Huge mod! :blink.gif:
I am not in the step which supports Mod yet.
As well as IndustrialCraft, if someone makes, it will be helpful.
